All services are performed by our trained technicians at our facility or, where applicable, at a mutually agreed location.

3. Pricing & Fee Transparency

We are committed to transparent and fair pricing:

  • Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates before starting any work.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs, including labor and parts, are disclosed upfront before work begins.
  • Independent Pricing: Our service fees are set independently and may be higher or lower than manufacturer service centers, authorized dealers, or other service providers.
  • Additional Costs: If additional issues are discovered during service that were not part of the original estimate, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.

  • Parts Warranty: Parts purchased through Radios Services carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims on parts we supply.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Remove personal belongings from your vehicle before service.
  • Inform us of any aftermarket modifications or prior service work on the radio/audio system.
  • Pick up your vehicle within 48 hours of service completion notification. Storage fees may apply after 5 business days.
