Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Radios Services ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent third-party radio service provider located at 124 N Grove ST, Valley Stream, NY 11580. We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction.
1. Business Identity
Radios Services is an independent third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any radio manufacturer, automobile manufacturer, or satellite radio company. Our refund policies are set independently.
2. Cancellation Before Service
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel any scheduled appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover administrative costs and reserved scheduling time.
- No-Show: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee of up to $75.
3. Cancellation After Service Has Begun
- Once work has commenced on your vehicle, cancellation may be subject to charges for labor already performed and parts already ordered or installed.
- If custom or special-order parts have been procured specifically for your service, these parts may be non-refundable.
- We will provide an itemized breakdown of any charges before finalizing the cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
- Unsatisfactory Work: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by re-performing or correcting the work at no additional charge.
- Full Refund: If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund for the labor charges associated with the unsatisfactory work.
- Partial Refund: If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the affected work.
- Parts: Refunds for parts depend on the manufacturer's return policy. Installed parts that have been customized, cut, or modified for your specific vehicle may not be eligible for return.
- Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable, as the diagnostic service is fully performed upon completion of the assessment. However, if you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the total service cost.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or file a complaint, please contact us through any of the following methods:
Please have your service receipt and any relevant documentation available when contacting us. We aim to process all refund requests within 7–10 business days.
6. Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash or by check.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Warranty vs. Refund
This refund policy is separate from our 1-year workmanship warranty. Warranty claims for defects in our installation work are covered under our Terms of Service warranty section and do not require a refund request — we will repair or redo the work at no cost.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-fabricated or modified parts
- Special-order items that cannot be returned to the supplier
- Completed diagnostic services
- Services where the customer provided their own parts and the installation was performed correctly
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your refund request, you may pursue dispute resolution as outlined in our Terms of Service. We encourage open communication and strive to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
